can use msdn distribution vista ris

My organization is planning to do product testing on Vista. We have a Vista ISO image from MSDN, and we are hoping to deploy Vista via remote install service installed on Windows2003 server. But I remember that RIS does not accept a MSDN distribution of Win2000. So my question is, is it still true for Vista?

I think its best you use Windows Deployment Services which is the successor to RIS.
It provides support for storage, management, and deployment of images.
